Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching
Have you ever...
- Wished you could transform your love of music into actually making music – but couldn't imagine yourself doing it?
- Tried to get back to playing the instrument you love – but struggled to get back in the groove?
- Dreamed of taking your music to the next level – but didn't know where to start?
Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching is a comprehensive system designed specifically for the creative spirit.
KMCC training...provides a fresh look at how to work with people momentarily seized by perfectionism, overwhelm, and/or procrastination...the Kaizen-Muse Coaching methodology is brilliantly counter-intuitive and staggeringly effective...I’m humbled after nearly 20 years of active coaching to discover how to pinch both sides of the client’s brain and watch the exponential results. The approach is fresh, irreverent, funny, fun and very, very effective. I love it.

The Coach is In
When you sign up for creative coaching, Ken Dow (Certified Kaizen-Muse Creative Coach; Executive Connector, KMC3) will work one-on-one with you. You'll not only locate the sources of your procrastination, overwhelm, perfectionism and other obstacles - you'll be guided through powerful tools and innovative techniques for overcoming each challenge. With the support and insights of personal KMCC coaching, in just a few weeks you'll begin making the kind of musical progress you've been thinking about for years.
Designed to understand your resistance to being told what to do, Kaizen-Muse shows you how easy it can be to finally move past procrastination, self-sabotage and overwhelm into habits of fulfilling creative thought and action. KMCC can even open up the creative process to those who never considered themselves creative!
- Jill Badonsky, M. Ed, KMCC Founder

Creativity Happens Workshop
The Creativity Happens workshop takes the JumbleJam framework as a starting point to explore creativity. Drawing on such diverse sources as Sheila Davis, Ken Wilber, Twyla Tharp, Edward de Bono, Genpo Roshi and Kenny Werner, the workshop reveals and encourages creative activity, individually and as part of a group. The workshop features interactive sessions, practical instruction, tips, demonstrations and dialogue.
Over the course of a Creativity Happens workshop, participants discover their creative voice, how to nurture it and how to maintain their awareness of it in the "real" world – all while building a song.
A Creativity Happens workshop usually has from six to twelve participants in one or more groups, and runs for one day. The workshop facilitators, Ken Dow and Martin Cooper, provide musical support and the workshop wraps up with a performance of the songs.
Benefits
A Creativity Happens workshop can be used to explore and develop
